Select the number of cases you want, choose your phone model, then upload your pet's photos in the file upload box. You can upload up to 4 images, with 1 photo per case.

At MyBoopCase, every custom phone case is made specifically for you and your pet. Because each case is personalized, please allow additional time for production before your order is shipped.

Orders are typically processed and custom-made within 3–7 business days. During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, production may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been produced, estimated delivery times are:
United States: 7–15 business days
International: 10–25 business days

What if it arrives damaged?

If your MyBoopCase arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a video showing the issue. Our team will review your request and, if approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage is not covered.
